Description   Back to AMS Performance Main Page AMS Performance Tuner Turbo Kit 2001-2007 Mitsubishi Evo VII/VIII/IX The AMS Performance Tuner Turbo Kit for 2001-2007 Mitsubishi Evo VII/VIII/IX is for those already running a Precision Turbo v-band turbocharger and would like to revise or design their own v-band turbo system. This kit provides the key components essential to improving exhaust flow and maximizing the performance of the Precision Turbo v-band turbocharger. The kit includes the AMS cast exhaust manifold, O2 housing and downpipe. The redesigned AMS cast exhaust manifold features 2” runners (15% larger than our original design) to reduce exhaust restriction. The cast head flange accommodates larger exhaust ports found on the AMS CNC-ported Cylinder Head as well as other aftermarket cylinder heads. Exhaust gas exits the turbo through a massive 3” cast 02 housing and 3” downpipe. This kit is available with either a recirculated or dump-to-atmosphere wastegate setup. A turbo support bracket is also included to relieve the stress of vibration and shock to your turbo under normal to extreme driving conditions.
