Description   Back to ATP Turbo Main Page ATP Turbo Front Mounted Intercooler Kit for 2006-2010 Volvo C30/S40 T5 The ATP Turbo front mounted intercooler kit for the Volvo C30/S40 T5 is a direct bolt on replacement with factory style MAP sensor mounting flange and stainless brackets included. The kit features Garrett's 400HP high density core and custom ATP end tanks and inlet/outlets. The intercooler is fully TIG welded and is reliable to 30psi. The factory intercooler is insufficient for any modified C30/S40 T5 with intake temps rising over 120 degrees F and up to 150 degrees F on just a software flashed vehicle. The ATP FMIC kit drops the intake temps to as low as 70 degree F (just around ambient). Big power gains and margin of safety is added due to reduced knock and colder charge temps.
