Our Stage One Subaru EJ257 short block for 2004-2006 Subaru Impreza STIs is designed for moderate to medium boost levels. Each engine is built with a brand new Subaru engine block and fully blueprinted and all clearances checked. The rotating assembly is fully balanced for the smoothest operation. The block is perfect for high performance street and moderate track setups. This block is suitable for 500 horsepower and can support even more power with ARP Custom AGE 625+ rod bolts and a wrist pin upgrade.
