Description Extended Information   Back to Cosworth Main Page Cosworth Billet Steel Crankshaft for the 2001-2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII-IX 4G63BT / 4G63BT MIVEC (2.0L) Cosworth Billet Steel Crankshaft for the 2001-2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII-IX 4G63BT / 4G63BT MIVEC (2.0L) are designed for high performance and maximum horsepower and torque. This 94mm crankshaft is machined from heat treated EN40B steel and features an Isotropic Superfinish for superior friction reduction and lubrication properties. This revised crank is significantly lighter than previous versions and is available separately or in our 2.2L stroker kit and assembled high performance 2.2L 4G63 short block. Lighter rotating components help increase engine response and reduce the stress on other rotating components. This crankshaft is manufactured at Cosworth's world class facility in Northampton England.
