Injen's SES Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 2002-2005 Subaru Impreza WRX is designed for a bolt-on install with factory build quality. The factory intercooler of the 2002-2005 Subaru Impreza WRX does not provide sufficient cooling when power is increased above factory levels. The intercooler features bar-plate construction and has shaped end tanks for efficient and smooth air flow. The intercooler piping is manufactured from aerospace grade aluminum tubing. Each piece of tube is mandrel-bent for the most efficient airflow and then polished to a mirror shine for a show car appearance. All pipe connections are fabricated from fiber-reinforced silicone material for durability and strength. There is no worry that couplers will blow off in the most critical situations.
